
Join me for 30 minutes of a guided nature walk paired with 30 minutes of gentle yoga at the Fifth Om in Kennebunk, Maine. Â Enjoy a slow walk behind the studio toward Parsons field and observe a variety of birds, plants and more. Afterward, relax and unwind with 30 minutes of meditation, breath work and slow, gentle yoga flow. Â Our gentle flow moves at a slow pace and focuses on the breath, deeper stretching and finding moments of stillness.
All levels are welcome. Â No previous experience (yoga or nature exploring) is required to join.Â
