Our gentle flow moves at a slow pace and focuses more on the breath, deeper stretching and finding moments of stillness to slow down and restore your mind and body. After some flow, we will hold poses for 8-10 breaths.
Props needed for this class: 2 blankets, 2 yoga blocks, pillow, yoga bolster (pillows can substitute bolster and blocks if unavailable)

You can expect to get a little sweaty while we flow poses together to build strength, increase mobility and increase flexibility. We will explore poses like downward facing dog, warrior II and high/low plank.
