50 minute vinyasa yoga flow that includes guided meditation and vinyasa yoga flow to increase your heart rate with fun, energetic poses flowed together. Our vinyasa flow moves at a medium-speed pace while offering modifications to meet you where you are today, physically and mentally.
All levels are welcome! Take this flow at a pace that feels good in your body. You can expect to get a little sweaty while we flow poses together to build strength, increase mobility and increase flexibility. We will explore poses like downward facing dog, warrior II and high/low plank.
