45 minute Zoom vinyasa yoga flow that includes guided meditation and vinyasa yoga flow to increase your heart rate with fun, energetic poses flowed together. Our vinyasa flow moves at a medium-speed pace while offering modifications to meet your experience level and needs. All levels are welcome! Take this flow at a pace that feels good in your body. You can expect to get a little sweaty while we flow poses together to build strength, increase mobility and increase flexibility. We will explore poses like downward facing dog, warrior II and high/low plank.
Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be included in the confirmation email. The link will be sent again 1 hour before class begins.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the Zoom app on your mobile device or desktop (free).
2. Sign up for your online class on the scheduling page.
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link after registration to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also receive a reminder email 1 hour prior to the class start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the waiting room at the start of class.
6. Your video can be on or off during class. Your choice! All participants will be muted until class has ended.
Need to cancel class? Cancel your booking before class start time to receive a full refund.
*Class may be canceled last-minute. Pre-registrants will receive an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens, it's likely due to illness or an emergency.
