45 minute Zoom restorative yoga flow that includes guided meditation and gentle, slow yoga flow to achieve deep relaxation. Our gentle flow moves at a slow pace and focuses more on the breath, deeper stretching and finding moments of stillness to slow down and restore your mind and body. After some flow, we will hold poses for 8-10 breaths.
Props needed for this class: 2 blankets, 2 yoga blocks, pillow, yoga bolster (pillows can substitute bolster and blocks if unavailable)
Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be included in the confirmation email. The link will be sent again 1 hour before class begins. All levels are welcome.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the Zoom app on your mobile device or desktop (free).
2. Sign up for your online class on the scheduling page.
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link after registration to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also receive a reminder email 1 hour prior to the class start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the waiting room at the start of class.
6. Your video can be on or off during class. Your choice! All participants will be muted when class begins.
Need to cancel class? Cancel your booking before class start time to receive a full refund.
*Class may be canceled last-minute. Pre-registrants will receive an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens, it's likely due to illness or an emergency.
