1:1 Yoga Session

Now offering both in-person and Zoom 1:1 sessions!

Your 60 minute 1:1 session includes guided meditation, breathwork and vinyasa yoga flow to increase your heart rate with fun, energetic poses flowed together. Our vinyasa flow moves at a medium-speed pace, while offering tailored modifications to meet your experience level, injuries, goals and needs.

BONUS options: To enhance your flow and experience, your personalized session includes journal prompts before and after your session, a feel good playlist and essential oils (for in-person sessions).

NEW 1:1 CLIENTS:

  1. Book a quick coffee chat with me to talk more about your goals for working together. This is a great opportunity for me to answer any questions that you may have and to confirm that we are a good fit for working together.

RETURNING 1:1 CLIENTS:

1. Register above by choosing a time that's most convenient for you.

2. At checkout, you will be redirected to a short form. Please fill out as much as you can so that I'm able to build a unique flow catered specifically to your goals and needs.

3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with registration details. Mark your calendar!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Can’t make your 1:1 session? No problem — just cancel at least 8 hours ahead for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 8 hours, a partial refund may be offered depending on the situation. Please note that missed or un-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

*Sessions may be canceled by Jenni last-minute. Pre-registrants will receive an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens, it's likely due to illness or an emergency.
